As we begin the season of lent, may we take to heart the call to EXAMINE our lives on a deeper level so that we may have eyes to see the ways in which we are in need of His mercy, healing, and conversion. A good way to EXAMINE our lives is to take a couple minutes every night at prayer to ask these questions: 1 – Where/When/How did I allow Jesus to be most present in my day today? 2 – Where/When/How did I block or prevent Jesus from being present with me today? Let us search and EXAMINE our ways, and return to the Lord! – Lamentations 3:40
