Made in the image and likeness of God who is love, we are called in our gospel this Sunday to “love one another as I love you”. We look to the example of our Lord Jesus Christ who gave himself in humble service and sacrifice to the Father as the greatest witness of love. May we pray for the grace to do the same in order to bring the reality of God’s love more fully on earth.

Hechos a imagen y semejanza de Dios que es amor, este Domingo en nuestro evangelio, estamos llamados a “amarnos los unos a los otros como yo los amo”. Miremos el ejemplo de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que se entregó en humilde servicio y sacrificio al Padre como el mayor testimonio de amor. Oremos por la gracia de hacer lo mismo, a fin de traer la realidad del amor de Dios más plenamente a la tierra.

Our DYNAMIC God is always on the move bringing healing, renewal, and restoration to us and the whole world. We have a DYNAMIC Holy Spirit who is constantly leading us through our journey on earth. May we stay open to the DYNAMIC movements of the Lord for our parish as God continues to bring His love and mercy to us all.
