Welcome to our blog.

As we enter into Holy Week with the celebration of Palm Sunday, we prepare for the REDEMPTION that God desires to give us. We need REDEMPTION from sin, darkness, woundedness, and fear. God’s REDEMPTION for us will take the form of love exhibited in sacrifice on the cross. Through the Paschal Mystery of Jesus’ passion, death, and resurrection, we will receive REDEMPTION, salvation, and new life in the victory Christ will win for us!

Please keep the elect/catechumens in your prayers in their final preparations for the Easter Sacraments. Hold on to hope in God’s REDEMPTION as we enter into Holy Week where we will experience God’s lavish love exhibited anew.

The Bible serves as a WRITTEN account of God’s love and mercy poured out for His people. The 10 Commandments serve as the WRITTEN Law of God in the Old Testament. But this Sunday, we will hear from the Prophet Jeremiah that the Law of God is WRITTEN in our hearts. The law of God is the law of love because we were made in God’s image and likeness. May we strive to live from the WRITTEN law inscribed in our hearts so that we may love God above all things, and love our neighbor as ourselves. When we do so, we give witness and testimony that we belong to God, and that our names are WRITTEN in the Book of Life.
